WorkWave’s Corporate Marketing team is responsible for creating and distributing smart, compelling programs that create buyer engagement and drive revenue. We work with multiple business units to plan, create and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns using Marketo.

The Marketo Specialist will play a hands-on, critical role in assembling and executing marketing  automation campaigns for WorkWave.  Their knowledge of Marketo, as proven through certification and real-world experience, will enable them to conceptualize, set up, deliver and report on demand generation and email marketing programs.They will proactively collaborate with internal teams on marketing automation initiatives, taking responsibility for performance, quality, support and reporting.

WorkWave is currently seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying software applications and advocating for quality in each step of the development process. As part of a team developing new application features, improvements, and product evolutions, you will help form testing strategies to uncover functional and performance issues, and create automated tests that guard against future regressions.

 

On a daily basis, you will work side-by-side with cross-functional team members to understand requirements, author test cases, perform testing on features and fixes, create scripted automated tests, log new defects and ultimately complete all needed application testing prior to releasing new changes to our customers. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will also provide technical leadership around broader test strategies from a systems viewpoint, recommendation around tools, provide metrics and reports, and mentor more junior team members. The ideal candidate with be: highly motivated, able to learn quickly, flexible to overcome obstacles, and ultimately energized by the challenge of testing complex applications.
