The Director of Solutions Marketing is a critical leadership role in the Corporate Marketing team and will lead the development and execution of marketing plans to drive pipeline for our solutions in the market. The Corporate Marketing team’s core focus is to drive demand in the market place. The Senior Events Coordinator, reporting to the Corporate Communications and Events Manager, will support this focus as a key contributor in creating, managing and driving the events strategy across the portfolio.
WorkWave is seeking a motivated, energetic, and experienced manager to lead, mentor, and manage our team of Customer Success Specialists. This person will help transform the overall experience for our customers, ensuring that onboarding, conversions, and training continue to improve as we scale our business. This is a direct-line management role that will involve day-to-day supervisory duties of the team as well as acting as an escalation point across teams and for customers.
WorkWave is currently seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Engineering team in Holmdel, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying software applications and advocating for quality in each step of the development process. As part of a team developing new application features, improvements, and product evolutions, you will help form testing strategies to uncover functional and performance issues, and create automated tests that guard against future regressions.
On a daily basis, you will work side-by-side with cross-functional team members to understand requirements, author test cases, perform testing on features and fixes, create scripted automated tests, log new defects and ultimately complete all needed application testing prior to releasing new changes to our customers. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will also provide technical leadership around broader test strategies from a systems viewpoint, recommendation around tools, provide metrics and reports, and mentor more junior team members. The ideal candidate with be: highly motivated, able to learn quickly, flexible to overcome obstacles, and ultimately energized by the challenge of testing complex applications. Previous experience in a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) role is highly preferred.
WorkWave’s Corporate Marketing team is responsible for creating and distributing smart, compelling programs that create buyer engagement and drive revenue. We work with multiple business units to plan, create and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns using Marketo.
The Marketo Specialist will play a hands-on, critical role in assembling and executing marketing automation campaigns for WorkWave. Their knowledge of Marketo, as proven through certification and real-world experience, will enable them to conceptualize, set up, deliver and report on demand generation and email marketing programs. They will proactively collaborate with internal teams on marketing automation initiatives, taking responsibility for performance, quality, support and reporting.
As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all go-to-market (GTM) strategies and tactics, including customer insights, segmentation, market strategy, competitive research, market planning, thought leadership, content development, product messaging and channel activities for our WorkWave cloud-based solution, WorkWave Service. You will be a critical part of the Corporate Marketing team and additionally will have a keen focus on supporting the sales team in attaining critical goals such as leads, conversions, retention and upsell by creating and launching strategies for all product lifecycle stages: discovery, planning, launch, post-launch and end-of life. You will be the expert on market need, buyer motivations, problem statements and effectively communicate these and other market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
