WorkWave is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Enterprise Sales Executive that possesses strong consultative, and presentation skills.  In this role you will have the opportunity to present WorkWave’s product suite to the largest field service or fleet management companies in the world.


  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals measured against recurring revenue.
  • Present and sell company products and services to potential clients via phone and in person when necessary.
  • Build sales pipeline through proactive efforts including but not limited to lead generation, regional networking, and cold calling.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from direct response marketing activity.
  • Identify regional business development opportunities and sales channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls to potential clients in order to uncover the prospect’s needs, pain points, business solutions, and budget.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, solutions recommendations, and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain sales activity within a CRM System (
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting to Management.
  • Overcome objectives of prospective clients.
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits and other lead generating events.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5 years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience selling technology products to field service and/or fleet management companies.
  • A willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Ability to prospect to larger accounts and create own opportunities.
  • Ability to close enterprize deals within a 3-6 mon sales cycle.
  • Ability to act independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple prospective clients and issues simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
