Overview

Do you love to see deals close?   The Channel Marketing Manager will drive revenue and accelerate pipeline growth by working closely with Sales, Service, Partners and Corporate Marketing teams to help qualify and convert leads for corporate  around the world.   The Channel Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Channel Marketing Team, working closely with the rest of Corporate Marketing (Solutions Marketing, Demand Generation, etc) to ultimately help improve sales effectiveness and efficiency across the lifecycle (from acquisition to retention and advocacy).

Responsibilities

  • Work to support ongoing Channel Marketing programs including but not limited to:
    • Demand generation support
    • Content development (emails, etc)
    • Collateral/Case Study development
    • Sales enablement tools (ie:  email templates, presentations, etc)
  • Organize and distribute regular communication to the sales and service teams (such as ongoing corporate marketing initiatives/campaigns, content, etc.)
  • Participate in Sales training and ongoing meetings to facilitate marketing and sales communication
  • Manage internal resources, including Intranet, for channel marketing programs
  • Provide ongoing sales/service feedback to the entire corporate marketing team regularly
  • Analyze campaign/pipeline  performance to help to identify new initiatives

Qualifications

With specific regard for the job at hand, we’d like to see evidence that you have:

  • 2-4 years of sales/marketing experience demonstrating measurable results
  • BA in Marketing, Management, or related business field
  • Salesforce CRM experience is required
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience across all aspects of digital marketing: web (including dev), email, search, social, etc.
  • Marketo and Google Analytics experience is a plus

  • Solid leadership/influencing skills;  highly capable of developing and maintaining relationships
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands
  • Ability to effectively present to customers, peers, and management
  • Exceptional external and internal customer service skills
  • Data-driven decision making

 

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
