The Director of Solutions Marketing is a critical leadership role in the Corporate Marketing team and will lead the development and execution of marketing plans to drive pipeline for our solutions in the market. You and your team will be responsible for all go-to-market (GTM) strategies and tactics, including customer insights, segmentation, market strategy, competitive research, market planning, thought leadership, content development, product positioning and channel strategies for our cloud-based field service and logistics solutions. You will partner closely with the product management team, sales, service and the rest of corporate marketing to create exceptional customer experiences across the customer lifecycle (from acquisition through cross-sell, retention, and advocacy). You will be the expert on market need, buyer motivations, problem statements and effectively communicate these and other market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing is required; MBA a plus.
