Overview

WorkWave'e Design team is responsible for creating compelling visuals that capture our target audience and drive engagement with our products and corporate brand.  Thoughtful design coupled with the keen understanding that great visuals generate demand for our product suite, and in turn will drive revenue growth for the business.  The right candidate understands that our first objective is to generate demand for the business, has a true passion for corporate marketing versus strict graphic design, and is eager to work collaboratively to help drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer experience by creating engaging and interactive content.
  • Provide creative direction on sell sheets, white papers, infographics, and beyond.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to deliver  comprehensive materials.
  • Lead design projects from conception through creation.  
  • Drive engagement with our websites through innovative design concepts and experiences.
  • Deliver interactive materials to support customer experience while positioning products as industry leaders through thought leadership.
  • Implement progressive graphic design concepts to optimize user experience on all platforms, across all devices.

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience supporting a technology company and product branding.  
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite – emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Web design and/or development experience (HTML/CSS).
  • Organization & ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Must have good creative flair.
  • Eye for typography & layout.
  • Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience or training required.

  • Willing to Make Mistakes and Intellectually Honest When You Do: You are not afraid to make mistakes and, when you do, you admit them, learn from them and ensure they don’t get repeated in the future. Placing blame and spending time pointing fingers is not part of your DNA…learning enough to make sure we don’t repeat the mistake is.
