WorkWave is looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist  familiar with SaaS recruitment and high growth environments.  The perfect candidate will bring enthusiasm and an agile approach to our team.  If you love recruiting, and are looking to join a fast growth company with an award winning culture, this is the job for you!


  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment needs across the business – draft job descriptions, pre-screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend/negotiate offers.
  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies, negotiate agreements and fees.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify needs and to formulate recruiting strategies.
  • Develop, maintain and track recruitment metrics to improve recruitment ROI and allow for strategic business analysis.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics to allow for strategic business analysis.
  • Lead the sourcing of top caliber candidates by utilizing various methods (i.e., networking, referrals, online postings, career fairs, local colleges, etc).
  • Enhance relationships with target Universities to support entry-level needs, strengthen our employment brand and build a talent pool for future openings.



  • Experience with Technical Recruiting a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business required.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a full cycle recruitment role.
  • Recruitment experience in the SaaS Industry highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing consultative relationships with hiring managers.
  • Strong project management/organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and laws regarding employment practices.
  • Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS Recruit.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
