Overview

WorkWave’s Corporate Marketing team is responsible for creating and distributing smart, compelling programs that create buyer engagement and drive revenue. We work with multiple business units to plan, create and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns using Marketo.

The Marketo Specialist will play a hands-on, critical role in assembling and executing marketing  automation campaigns for WorkWave.  Their knowledge of Marketo, as proven through certification and real-world experience, will enable them to conceptualize, set up, deliver and report on demand generation and email marketing programs.They will proactively collaborate with internal teams on marketing automation initiatives, taking responsibility for performance, quality, support and reporting.

Responsibilities

 

  • Create, deploy, and monitor demand generation marketing campaigns using Marketo; including nurture programs, trigger, and drip-based automated email communications, ad hoc email campaigns, and event programs
  • Build and maintain landing pages to support acquisition and engagement marketing programs, to successfully reach new and existing contacts
  • Analyze data and campaign results to improve and refine existing processes and programs; Communicate results back to the business in order to prompt action & follow-up
  • Collaborate with and support other teams in Corporate Marketing that leverage the Marketo platform, providing training as needed

Qualifications

 

    • Bachelor's Degree, Marketing Concentration
    • Marketo Certified Expert
    • Experience with Salesforce
    • Knowledge of email best practices and CAN-SPAM legislation
    • Optimization and A/B testing, continuous improvement
    • Proficient in Web and mobile apps, MS Office, Google Suite and project management tools

    • Data analysis, list building, reporting and business intelligence
    • Technically savvy, genuine interest in applying technology to marketing challenges
    • Outstanding written and communication skills required
    • Knowledge of industry best practices for marketing automation and the ability and desire to learn new tools and technologies quickly
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment; enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible
