Overview

Are you passionate about marketing and want to join one of the best teams in the industry?  WorkWave is looking to hire a Social Media Strategist to increase engagement with our Corporate Brands’ social media sites.  The Social Media Strategist will work closely with product marketing, email marketing, PR/events team, marketing communications and the rest of the marketing teams to build out relevant and informative content. Will also work closely with the Support/Sales team to diffuse any situations that may arise on social media product pages, and ensure all customers/clients are satisfied with their software offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Execute social marketing strategies for WorkWave’s corporate social media sites
  • Blog, evolve social media profiles, manage regular posts
  • Actively listen to customer feedback through social channels & review sites
  • Engage with customers on all relevant channels (both proactively and reactively)
  • Use existing assets to derive engaging and useful posts
  • Act as Brand Loyalty Ambassador for WorkWave (distribute feedback accordingly)
  • Help promote WorkWave as a thought leader in our space
  • Track and analyze engagement rates, trends, growth, etc.

 

 

Qualifications

    •  4 year degree
    • Strong communication skills between departments
    • Very proactive and energetic
    • Extremely organized
    • Technically savvy
    • A deep understand of social media platforms, and their functions
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work with tight deadlines
    • Ability to act as a Customer Service liaison
    • Must be creative, with the ability to ‘think outside of the box’
